Been a little busy juggling life lately, and haven't had the energy to write anything! I have THOUGHT of lots of things to share, but just didn't get them down. So here's the latest thing that made me laugh:
I dropped off the kids for school yesterday -- by the way, Trevor is in KINDERGARTEN now, and Emily is a THIRD grader! -- and as Trevor jumps out of the van, he looks over his shoulder and says, "Bye Mom, love you...!" and then what SOUNDED like: "I won't punch any grown-ups today!" And he ran on before I could say "what??"
My response: "Ok, sweetie, I won't either! Love you too!"
I guess that's a good start to a day, right?
